Our Team
Since 1990, the year of its creation, the HYVEC Group has never dissociated itself from the property business and the group already had an inhouse team to ensure the proper maintenance of its buildings and the provision of related services thereto.

These activities three decades later have become the responsibility of Hyvec Property Investment Ltd (HPIL) which is tasked with the supervision of the entire Group’s Properties. This represents management in excess of 1Million Square Feet for a network exceeding 100 clients many of which are leading financial and international institutions.
